Swine Flu

The Swine Flu is exaggerated. The normal seasonal flu has killed way more people this year. Is it a pandemic? No, not really.

Plus, it's a one-time sickness. You can't get it more than once. It's basically the same as the normal flu, it's just that pigs can get it, as well as humans.

I'm sick of seeing people complaining about "OMG, WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE! SWINE FLEW!1!!1". We're not. If the seasonal flu hasn't wiped out the population, chances are, the Swine Flu won't either.

tl;dr: Pigs fly.

Is it really that impossible for people on the internet to type like they have been educated? Well, it seems so!

The internet is apparently an excuse to purposely type like a tranquilized monkey on crack. Honestly, I have no idea where this shit excuse came from.

You spend at least the first eighteen or nineteen years of your life in school learning. In second grade, you learn how to spell. In third grade, you learn how to order words in a sentence. In fourth grade, you learn punctuation. In fifth grade, you learn more and more things about your language. And before that, before you lived, thousands of years of language development. For what? For you to type/speak like you couldn't make it past primary school? No. You're letting thousands of years of language development go to waste.

But honestly, how hard is it to type two extra letters in a word? 'U' does not mean 'you'. '2' does not mean 'to/too'. 'R' does not mean 'are'. 'Ur/Your' does not mean 'you're'.

The grammatical error that enrages me the most is the 'ur'/'your'/'you're' episode.

Let me explain it simply:

Ur: A word that doesn't exist, so it has no explination.

Your: A possessive word. It means you posses something. Your object, Your pencil, Your mind, Your ticket. NOT 'ur' ticket, 'ur' object, etc.

You're: You+are. You're mean, You're abusing the language, You're reading this. NOT 'Your' mean. My mean what?

I know it's all to save keystrokes, but how hard is it to type three letters? Apparently very hard.

And it's not "cool". It makes you look like a dumbass. Half of the time we can't understand you, so don't pull the 'but u cn understnd me anyways' card. That brings up another thing... taking out all the vowels in a word... WHY!?

I don't get it. Sentences like "ds s cool, bt tht's nt"... Why? Why do you take out the vowels? You're actually THAT lazy that you can't type out one or two letters!? What the flying fuck is becoming of the human race?

tl;dr: Use good grammar and spelling, morons.

Twilight

Everyone my age LOVES this terribly written book. I feel like I'm the only teenager who doesn't make out with Edward Cullen dolls. I see no reason for everyone to love this book so much.

Twilight is poorly written, and the characters are very chlicéed. I make so many grammar and spelling mistakes, and even I could write a better story than Stephenie Meyers did.

A few months ago, I bought a copy of Twilight to see what this shit was all about. I couldn't make it through the first chapter without spotting multiple mistakes in spelling and grammar. I stopped reading at chapter six or seven. I don't remember and I don't want to ever touch that book ever again.

Ironically, the series of books is supposedly about "vampires", but Meyers hasn't mentioned the word 'fangs' once in any of the books. She basically just had a wet dream and it turned into four 'novels'. I'm baffled at how a sex dream by an untalented writer could be sold to girls aging from eleven to seventeen years old. And now, 80% of the female teenage population think that true love is when a sparkly "vampire" watches you sleep for two months.

And Edward is most definitely not a vampire. Last time I checked, vampires burned in the sunlight. They didn't sparkle. If Eddo is a vampire, then my razzle-dazzle eye dust is a vampire.

This crazy woman knows nothing about vampires! They can't impregnate people!

There's so many other things wrong with the book! Here's a few of them:

If Bella is a seventeen-year-old female, she'd have to get periods by then. Periods mean that blood comes out of her. Since Edward was a "vampire", and he had a thirst for human blood, he'd have to have noticed that.
If Bella lived in Forks for one month, how could Edward have been watching her sleep for two months, if she hasn't been there that long?

As I said, there's so many other things wrong with the story. And the characters are so clichéed that it's disgusting. First, Bella is the new girl who every boy falls in love with. Second, the most popular cold-boy in the school falls in love with her. Third, her name is Bella Swan. That means "Beautiful Swan". Mary-Sue, much? Lastly, her only fault is being "clumsy". Hey, Meyers, listen up, just because Bella is clumsy, doesn't mean that is enough imperfection to make her original and not clichéed!

For Christs sake, Bella is Meyers as a book character! There is nothing more clichéed than a character being exactly like the writer! Look at this image I found on Encyclopedia Dramatica(Yes, I go onto that website. Baww.):

As I said, she is Meyers, just with a different name, to disguise the fact that she turned her sex dreams into novels for fifteen-year-old girls.

Also, someone was nice enough to think up 95 reasons to hate Twilight!

If you don't want to read all of that, just scroll down to reasons 61, 62, and 63. Actual quotes from Twilight fans. It's apparently bad to think for yourself. It's also bad to hate terribly written 'litterature'. And I won't state my 'oppinions' on the internet. I much prefer stating my opinions.

Twilight fans are just as illiterate as their Goddess, Stephenie Meyers.

Well, I'm done here. There's more ranting I could do about this terrible book. But I'll stop now.

In this blog, I will be blogging on my opinions, anonymously.

In real life, I can't tell anyone how I feel, because I think very differently then everyone else I know. I'm afraid of being made fun of. I don't think I'm special. There's a good 5,000 people who believe the same things that I do, have similar talents, and interests.

Now I will tell you some facts about me...

I'm an atheist. This gets me in trouble, because I live in America. Many people are prejudiced of that here. I have only found a few friends in my stay here.
I'm from Europe. Born in former Czechoslovakia. Won't get too specific.
I'm in my late teens. Won't get specific, again.
I'm pro-choice.
I'm an artist. I love art. ♥ I'm a visual artist and I sometimes do comedy.
Right now I live in America, and I don't like it here. I don't hate it here, I just dislike it... I'm not used to it. But some people have been really nice. I'd like to go back to Europe.
I am a "grammar Nazi". Of course I make grammar and spelling mistakes myself, sometimes. But hey, the internet is NOT an excuse "to typ lik dis".
I am a blonde. Does that make me dumb? Not really!
